Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every fragrance you order from Fixten Parfums. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work.

Return window

You can request a return within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

Eligible items

Items must be unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging (including cellophane wrap where applicable).
For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrances that have been opened, sprayed or had their seal removed cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Gift cards and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Email us at fixtenllc@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it using a trackable service.

Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Return shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are non-refundable. Fragrances are classified as limited-quantity hazardous materials, so please ship returns by ground service.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, leaking, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs, at no extra charge.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the eligible item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Order cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge before it ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and the return policy applies.
